Reference photos used for the commissioned artwork should be of a high standard.

High-quality reference photos are essential for accurate portraits and landscapes; multiple photos help achieve the best results. Photos should be clear, well-lit, and unobstructed as this may affect recognizability and realism in the artwork. Reference images will be kept confidential.

If needed and depending on the location, I can travel to take more photos, create drawings or paint sketches to be used as reference material for the artwork. This will be an added cost in the commission agreement.

I am open to the idea of repainting a sold artwork but please be aware that it will be created as a new original artwork, and in my current style of painting and it will always be slightly different to the original that sold. 

​

A 50% (Non refundable) deposit payment will be required before any preparatory drawings or

painting work will commence, with 2 to 3 progress reviews during creation and process.

​

Final payment due on completion of the artwork and prior to being delivered.
